DR. FRANCES IREENE LEVANTE GARCIA, the Human Resource and Development Officer of PLT College. Inc. (PLTCI), graduated with High Distinction on June 18, 2019 during the Commencement Exercises of Nueva Vizcaya State University – Bayombong Campus finishing her Doctor of Philosophy major in Organization Development and Planning.
Dr. Garcia took her Master’s Degree in Public Administration in the same university and graduated with distinction. Moreover, she has been the HRDO of PLTCI since June 2011.
Asked what her advice to students, she said that there is no easy way to success; that you must have the perseverance and the commitment in order to be the person you want to be.
