The purpose of Kaisa sa Pagbabago Tulong sa Bilanggo Program is promoting healthier environment among the inmates of Nueva Vizcaya Provincial Jail.
The CCJE generated fund for the purchase of hygiene kit donations for the inmates of Nueva Vizcaya Provincial Jail. The faculty members, staff and students, together with CCEOP made a jail visit on May 21, 2019 to donate products like bath soaps, shampoos, toothpaste, and others with the purpose of helping beneficiaries of taking care of their personal hygiene.
One CCJE extension member said, “In this program, we came to appreciate the value of helping, especially those who need sympathy; we came face-to-face with individuals who are deprived of their liberty. With the combined effort of provincial jail and support of our institution, we were able to extend our help to the internees by donating hygiene care products.
